Brian and I have been working at a club called Pacific O`s in Lahaina for the last year and are still there as I write this. We started the gig right after we finished recording our first CD "Night Vision". Brian's ability to cover the bass lines enables us to create a very unique rhythm section sound so the music sounds free yet cohesive. We hope you enjoy the music. Joe Gallivan
Not very often does a singer come along who catches the heart of other jazz musicians. Jackie Ryan is one of those special people who is not just a singer of songs but is a great improvisor. Possessing a unique sound and a lot of experience she knows how to be an equal part of the music rather than the singer accompanied by a group of somewhat distanced musicians. We are not a night club "act". We have a vocalist who can get beyond ego and stereotype roles and Surrender to the music.
